Rescue 1122 Jobs 2022 Physical Requirements
- Males under 30 years old can run a mile in 10 minutes.
- Running: 1 mile in 12 minutes for guys over 30 and females of all ages.
- Push-ups and sit-ups: 25 reps per minute (except females).
- Height: Males in all cadres must be at least 5 feet 4 inches tall, with the exception of DERT Rescuers Serial Number 11, who must be at least 5 feet tall.
- Females in all cadres must be at least 5 feet tall.
- Males of all cadres should have a chest measurement of at least 33 inches, with the exception of DERT Rescuers.

The shortlisted applicants will be transported to National
Emergency
Services Academy Rescue 1122 in Lahore for four months of
professional hands-on training in every aspect of rescue
competence
after final interviews and call letters.
Candidates will be finalised after completing four months of
successful training and a six-month probation term. During training,
he department shall offer trainees with a predetermined honorarium
based on their cadre. Candidates who are dropped off during any
stage of the screening process will not be called back; instead,
waiting candidates will be called immediately.
